Since libraries are generally cool, old spaces with a lot of atmosphere, added to the slightly subversive feel of partying somewhere where silence is normally the rule makes for an awesome night! I build and maintain getitloudinlibraries.com for free at present, and the scene is just starting to go nationwide from humble beginnings in the north of England somewhere.
